For an eating program to be successful it must contain foods that are rich in nutrients and free of preservatives and fillers. Proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, and even water need to be manipulated in the program to create a biochemical process in the body. Furthermore, each one of us requires different amounts and combinations of food to turn our bodies into a fat burning machine. Eating the right proportions (which are different for every individual) of nutrient dense foods throughout the day is the only real way to make our bodies burn fat efficiently -- regardless of age, sex, and/or ethnicity. Your 6 Week Body Makeover program will be changed as necessary, and once you reach your goal a maintenance program will be designed for you. So you can keep it off.

The Nutrition Only Program is designed for individuals who just want the eating portion of the program or may not have access to or want a trainer. We currently support clients all over the world. This program is essentially the same nutrition, cardio vascular, and support program as with the Original 6 Week Body Makeover. However, there are no personal training sessions. You may always upgrade to the full program by paying the difference. By changing bad habits and creating a balanced diet along with a proper exercise program consisting of weight training and cardiovascular exercise, we can reshape not only your body - but your self image as well.

The Nutrition Only Program costs $500. There is a $30 shipping and handling fee if you are not able to pick up your program locally. The fee is slightly higher for international shipping.
