    As long as you are in your heart rate it is okay to run but if your heart rate is too high, you can hinder your weight loss. Remember, just because you are working hard and burning a lot of calories, does not mean you are burning calories that are fat! If you exceed your calculated fat burning heart rate by too much, you will utilize sugar as a fuel source INSTEAD OF your stored fat reserves!
