    Many of the clients we have worked with over the years include those suffering from disabilities that prevent them from doing cardiovascular exercise. Cardio is a great way to enhance weight loss but the eating program alone is sufficient to produce lasting and encouraging results.

    In face, if you have a choice between taking an hour to prepare your food for the day or workout, it is best to use that time to prepare your food. The food produces faster results than the exercise without the nutrition program.
