    If you missed your meal time and you are not “extra hungry” or experiencing symptoms of hypoglycemia or otherwise feel “off” then you should simply eat the next meal as normal. However, if you do feel like you need a little more, add a little extra carbohydrate and some olive oil to the meal. This will give you plenty of food to get “caught up”.
