    Chocolate is comprised of dairy, fat and sugar mixed together. This combination is definitely not weight-loss friendly. However, a small square (the size of your thumbnail or smaller) of dark chocolate (70% or higher) with no sugar added is fine, when consumed very sparingly. Once per day at the most.
