    We usually advocate against alcohol while trying to lose weight. However, we believe that as long as you keep a cheat items limited to small incidents, if it keeps you on track the rest of the time on the program, it wouldn’t hinder your progress very much. Although, champagne is a better choice because of its diuretic effects.
