Unfortunately, many anti-depressant drugs may cause weight gain and it can be very hard to lose weight while taking them. Wellbutrin is one anti-depressant that does not cause weight gain. If you are experiencing severe depression, even if you are overweight, follow your doctor’s advice, including his prescribed medicines but ask if Wellbutrin may help your particular condition. Never stop taking anti-depressants without consulting your physician first! You will still lose weight, it just may be slower than optimal. But who cares? How long do you want to keep the weight off? Forever, right? Then there is no finish line. You need to look at this program as a lifestyle change and continue to read the pages ahead to learn how to fine tune it for your needs and lifestyle!
