    Peanut butter has more fat storing potential then regular butter. It is definitely not weight loss friendly. The reason is, peanut butter contains a very high proportion of fat. While it is a healthy fat, if your body has a choice of utilizing stored fat or utilizing dietary fat as a fuel source, it will choose dietary fat because it is easier for it. It’s like spending the change you have in your pocket versus going to your retirement account and converting your CDs or stocks to cash…which would you choose?
