    It doesn’t work like that. Your body doesn’t begin to utilize stored body fat as fuel until about 15 minutes into your workout which is why we recommend that you do at least forty five minutes at a time. Duration is a factor in the amount of fat burned. Remember it not just the calories burned during exercise, it is habituating the body to use more oxygen, thereby utilizing more fat as a fuel source.
