We don’t recommend personal trainers that have not gone through a rigorous training program. We believe it can be dangerous to train with someone who doesn’t understand how fragile the body can be. Make sure your trainer listens to you and understands your limitations. Very few trainers are actually qualified to work with anyone with medical conditions. You should always ask for several references and ask them if they are familiar with your issues.
Remember! No pain, no gain is a MYTH! If the trainer works you out to the point that you are painfully sore, they are doing it wrong! The human body responds best to gradual adaptation rather than shock training!
