    We recommend you put it no higher the 2.0.

    If you use a higher incline, you’ll most likely be feeling the “burn” in your thighs. This is an indication that you are performing at an anaerobic rate which means you are utilizing sugar rather than body fat as a fuel source.

    If you would prefer to burn stored fat as fuel, you should reduce your incline and follow the fat burning cardiovascular formula.
