If you have an ulcer, chances are you are under too much stress. Ulcers have been shown to have a number of causes. Again, one of them being high stress. Other causes are particular bacteria that can be treated with antibiotics. Whatever the reason, an ulcer is a potentially dangerous position which can lead to internal bleeding and at the very least extreme discomfort. Your doctor may have dietary restrictions for you and you should show him or her the diet you have put together for yourself and you should also ask your doctor if training is allowable with your condition.
