If you suffer from an upset stomach very frequently, it could be an ulcer or some form of food allergy. It could also be that you are eating too quickly and need to slow down, and have a leisurely meal, without stress and time constraints. Whatever the cause, an upset stomach, especially if it persists, should be looked at by a procedure called an endoscopy. In many cases, a biopsy may be taken to rule out anything serious.
