    That is fine, just keep in mind that the heart rate we recommend is the most effective for your weight loss. You will not lose more weight by working harder. Work smarter, not harder!

    However, some clients tell us that they want to improve their cardiovascular endurance. Our response is, why don’t you lose the excess weight first and then work on your cardiovascular conditioning. It’ll be easier that way anyway. You won’t be carrying around all the extra weight.
