    Sometimes it can be a matter of eating too quickly. Give yourself 10-15 minutes after consuming your meal. If you still feel hungry and you have eaten your entire portion, as defined in your meal plan, then your body really does need more food. Try adding some additional protein with olive oil or another form of healthy fat. Protein usually satiates much better than other types of foods. The olive oil will help stabilize your metabolism, thereby reducing hunger.
