  1. Boil yams in a pot of water. Drain yams. Take boiled yam in a mixer and add 1/2 ripe banana, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and 1 cup water. Make a paste of this yam. Pour unsweetened rice milk in a pan and add yam paste in it. Add some roasted fennel seeds in this mixture. Now add Splenda and boil mixture. Transfer the mousse into glasses.   1. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Mix gently until Splenda is dissolved. Please note that some limes yield more juice than others. If juice is not enough, feel free to add additional lime juice. Taste the mixture before chilling to see if you desire more Splenda and/or more lime juice to your own taste. Chill mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours and eat.

  1. 1. Boil the sweet potatoes for 5-10 minutes, or just until you are able to pierce them with the prongs of a fork. Note that they are not completely cooked yet (you will continue to cook them in the next step). Drain them and set aside. 2. Simmer the remaining ingredients. Mix the remaining ingredients (ginger, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, Splenda, maple syrup, and 2 cups water) in a shallow and wide saute pan. Bring to a boil on high heat. 3. Add sweet potatoes, cook until the sauce reduces to a syrup. Add the sweet potatoes and coat well with the sauce. Boil on high heat until the sauce reduces to a syrup (roughly 10 minutes). Serve hot. 2.

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) 2. Cut out holes in apples in order to stuff. 3. Rinse and dry off the apples 4. Use either an apple corer or a pairing knife and cut out the apple cores. Be sure to leave the 1/2 inch on the bottom of the apple (do not cut all the way through). 5. If you are using a pairing knife, cut the stem area out first and then use a small metal spoon in order to scoop out the seeds. Cut the holes so that they are an inch wide. 6. Scoop nutmeg, vanilla extract, Splenda, and cinnamon mixture and place equally inside each apple. Blend lightly inside each apple. 7. Pour the boiling water into the bottom of the baking dish. 8. Bake apples at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30-45 minutes. DO this until the apples are cooked through but not mushy and overcooked. When finished, remove apples from the oven and baste them with the juice in the pan. 7. Mix ingredients lightly inside the apple
