Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bay scallops
- 1/2 pound red snapper de-boned and cubed
- 2 organic tomatoes diced
- 5 organic green onions minced
- 1 TBS garlic minced
- 1/2 green bell pepper minced
- 1/8 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 TBS Mrs. Dash Salt Free Seasoning
- 1 jalapeno (optional) minced
- 1 TSP black pepper ground
- 1/2 cup parsley chopped
- 8 organic limes juiced

Recipe Notes
- Â Rinse scallops and place cubed snapper and scallops in a medium sized bowl.
- Add the lime juice until all fish is completely submerged.
- Chill the mixture all day until the scallops become opaque and the snapper is cooked thoroughly by the acid in the juice.
- Add all remaining ingredients and gently stir.
