Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Put green beans in a steamer basket, place in the pan, cover and steam until tender-crisp, 4 to 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and paprika and cook, stirring constantly, until just fragrant but not browned, about 20 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2 minutes per side. Stir in beans, vinegar and salt; cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 2 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup parsley.
Divide the green beans among 6 plates. Top with the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with pepper and the remaining 1/4 cup parsley.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Drain chickpeas in a colander and let them dry completely. Pat dry with a paper towel if needed.
Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 30-35 minutes, shaking the pan every ten minutes. All ovens are different so make sure they don’t burn. They will be golden brown and crunchy on the inside when done, not moist.
In a medium bowl, combine all the spices. Remove chickpeas from oven when done and spray with olive oil spray. Immediately toss with spices while hot. Eat at room temperature.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prick eggplant all over with a fork. Place in oven for 45-50 minutes until very soft. Remove from oven, plunge in cold water to cool or simply wait for the eggplant to cool.
Peel and chop cooked eggplant. Place in a blender with the garlic, tahini, scallions, lemon juice and parsley. Blend until almost smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, sprinkle a little paprika on top. Enjoy with cut vegetables.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet. Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat for 5 minutes until it is smoking hot.
Mix together the paprika, cayenne, cumin, thyme, white pepper, and onion powder. Oil the chicken breasts with cooking spray on both sides, then coat the chicken breasts evenly with the spice mixture.
Place the chicken in the hot pan, and cook for 1 minute. Turn, and cook 1 minute on other side. Place the breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 5 minutes.

Mix coconut extract and spices with rice milk and potato flour. Set aside.
Heat large skillet to medium-high, add oil and quickly saute vegetables. Cook for a few minutes, until some browning has occurred and vegetables are soft. Add milk and spice mixture to pan and stir to combine. Heat gently, but do not boil. Remove from heat.
Grill snapper on charcoal grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 F. Serve each grilled fillet with 1 1/2 cups of vegetables and sauce.

Lightly beat egg white with a fork in another shallow dish. Sprinkle 4 teaspoons of potato flour over the pork slices and pat to coat evenly on both sides. Dip the pork into the egg, then press into the flour/spice mixture until evenly coated on both sides. (Discard leftover mixture.)

Place 1/4 cup potato flour on a large plate. Place egg whites in a shallow dish. Whisk 1/2 cup potato flour and paprika in another shallow dish. Season both sides of steak with 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Dredge the steak in the flour, shaking off excess; dip in the egg whites, then dredge in the seasoned flour mixture.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and add 2 pieces of the steak; cook until browned on both sides, turning once, 3 to 5 minutes total. Transfer the steak to the prepared baking sheet and repeat with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil and 2 pieces of steak. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake until cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, add broth to the pan and boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until reduced to about 1 cup, 3 to 5 minutes. Whisk water and the remaining 1 tablespoon cornstarch until smooth. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cornstarch mixture. Return to the heat and cook, stirring, until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in half-and-half; season with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Serve the steak topped with the gravy.

In large saucepan, heat 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the oil over medium-high heat; saut?nion, garlic, oregano, and hot pepper flakes until onion is softened, about 4 minutes.
Add tomato paste; fry for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, chickpeas and paprika; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thick enough that space remains after spoon is dragged through, about 25 minutes.

Chicken with Tomato Spinach Chickpea Simmer
How To Prepare
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook garlic in oil until tender. Place chicken in the skillet, and cook about 10 minutes on each side, until no longer pink and juices run clear.
Drain oil from skillet. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and sugar free maple syrup. Pour red wine around chicken. Cover, and simmer about 15 to 20 minutes; lightly baste chicken with wine sauce while cooking. Season to taste with pepper.
