  1. Boil yams in a pot of water. Drain yams. Take boiled yam in a mixer and add 1/2 ripe banana, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and 1 cup water. Make a paste of this yam. Pour unsweetened rice milk in a pan and add yam paste in it. Add some roasted fennel seeds in this mixture. Now add Splenda and boil mixture. Transfer the mousse into glasses.   1. 1. Rinse the pears, cut them in half (lengthwise), and core. 2. Place on a nonstick grill pan on the stove on high heat 3. Dust pan with the pumpkin pie spice (in the location where you place the pear slices) 4. When hot, place the pears , cut side down on the pumpkin pie spice on the hot grill pan and grill them for 5-6 minutes, uncovered. 5. Turn off the stove and cover for 5 minutes
